My approach is simple as 1, 2, 3!
Tasha Chin is a curious and fun individual who loves people! Through her professional and personal experiences working in corporate finance, not-for-profit and education to serve marginalized communities, she has acquired diverse skills that have enhanced her listening skills and compassion.
Her admiration and appreciation for art and culture allows her to connect with people in ways that develops trust.
If you are someone who enjoys the process of discovering the unknown, let’s journey together!
Research & Empathize by using tools such as Figma and G Suite, I prepare a research plan & define key questions. I ask open-ended and non-leading questions to conduct qualitative semi-structured interviews. I then organize feedback data visualization by using user insight, affinity diagrams and priority matrix to create a user persona.
2. Define & Ideate: By conducting usability testing and semi-structured interviews, I ask open-ended and non-leading questions to create a meaningful experience. Defining the user scenario, performing card sorting activities and developing a site map that helps me define the problem to create a prototype.
3. Prototype, Test & Iterate: The fun part begins! By creating wireframes, a testing plan and making iterations based on key findings, we create an experience that aims to improve the lives of people.
